More on Artificial Intelligence
Following my previous article on Artificial Intelligence, I present here the coming expected developments remembering that in the previous article I said that the next revolution* will be that of Machine Intelligence where machines will match humans possessing common sense, ability to learn, reason, planning and meeting complex information challenges, and why not have sex and have fun.
1) Machine Learning (ML) is the application of artificial intelligence to give digital systems the ability to automatically analyze and improve themselves from their experience without being explicitly programmed. ML is the idea that computer software can learn and adapt to new information without human intervention, and this discipline is in the throes of development right now, at the level of research and university courses. Just google Machine Learning Google and we'll see the scope.
2) Robots
2022 will see the robots take off. Robots and drones will be used for medical applications in cities, delivering samples and reagents from hospitals to laboratories faster than automobiles could drive across cities. Robots are increasingly detecting and disabling bombs, working in environments where people cannot survive, underwater, in space, underground, producing dangerous products, working with lethal chemicals, etc. Securing country’s borders by artificially smart robots, unmanned aircraft, drones, UAVs, etc., lessening the threat of life for the soldiers at the borders and offer better surveillance measures through the use of advanced Facial Recognition Technologies.
More and more wars will be fought at a distance by joystick and the physical strength of the male is no longer important. If, until recently, the human element was necessary for the occupation of territories, soon we will see hordes of robots taking up positions on the ground.
In the meantime I Guess you all remember Sofia pictured down at the bottom***.
3) Metaverse
The metaverse is an immersive virtual reality (VR) world that we enter with virtual reality glasses, Zuckerberg version, or brain implants, Musk version with Neuralink technology. It holds enormous promise for many industries – from shopping to corporate reality.
I explain shopping. You will be able to try on the clothes and see yourself on the screen (or the mirror or the glasses with them on), just like you already do here at RLC when you try on the outfits on your avatar, the only difference is the avatar is you, your body. Or not, you live in the metaverse with an avatar, and you already know that story.
The metaverse provides an imaginative vision of a 3D digital world, where the real and virtual worlds are embedded in the use of technology, including virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). There are already several metaverses – as an instance in digital gaming platforms like The Sandbox and virtual worlds like Decentraland. The RLC could play a role here and become a serious player! I’m on.
The moment virtual reality allows touch, taste and smell, we are in the realm of deep AI, and we question true reality. What a wonderful sex will be.
4) AI in education
The future of teaching is virtual. There are already a lot of courses on platforms that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. If anything this pandemic brought was the experience of virtual distance learning, and as much as teachers complain about the imperative of face-to-face teaching, the unavoidable comparison of the costs of one and the other will always come to the top, showing how much governments, schools and universities will be able to save by taking homeschooling. They save on teachers, on classrooms, on energy, on fuel, and on many other things.
Until now, teachers spent a lot of time grading exams, grading homework and relaying important answers to their students. AI will allow the automation of all these tasks as well as the processing of paperwork. The idea of school and learning can be redefined from the comfort of home, customized according to the needs of each student, and teacher, student class interactions, with the support of the metaverse and virtual reality, will begin to be more efficient and productive than classical teaching.
5) AI in business
Companies are increasingly using AI to increase work productivity. The benefit of AI for businesses is that it handles repetitive tasks across the organization, freeing up employees for creative solutions, solving complicated and social problems, and impactful work. The concept of the "workplace" is being redefined, and once again the pandemic has helped. Future work can be distinctly flexible. The Work From Home concept may be the new norm and virtual meetings and conferences will be the normal practice. Bill Gates says the metaverse will host most of our office meetings within 'two or three years' (https://www.cnbc.com/2021/12/09/bill-gates-metaverse-will-host-most-virtual- meetings-in-a-few-years.html).
See what this trend projects for all those who promote office spaces and for companies when the demand for these spaces shrinks to a tenth of the current one? what to do with all these buildings?
6) AI in the automotive industry
Artificial intelligence (AI) and driver-less cars are regularly complementary subjects in technology. Car manufacturers around the world are using artificial intelligence for some years, more and more. AI and machine learning are being applied to the way automobiles are built and the way they work on the road. At the moment all major manufacturers (Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Audi, and BMW, Ford, etc.) have developed versions of autonomous cars, allegedly more reliable and safer than cars with human drivers. The only reason they are not on the road is because governments are slow to adopt the proper legislation.
Waymo, owned by Google, is preparing to release self-driving car transport to the public. Called Waymo One, the service has operated around 1,000 weekly trips for 1,500 customers, driver-less 0% trouble.
Uber intended to start operating its fleets without a driver in 2022, and apparently that alone explains Uber's growing market capitalization when it continues to make losses.
Meanwhile, Amazon (not us, but the other) has already started the delivery service using drones.
What to do in the future with a legion of taxi drivers, uber drivers, trucks and others who will be out of a job?
7) AI in Health
At the 2018 World Medical Innovation Forum (WMIF) on artificial intelligence presented by Partners Healthcare, leading researchers and clinical faculty participants presented the twelve technologies and areas of healthcare enterprise that are most likely to have a major effect. of artificial intelligence.
Specifically, AI has made specific contributions to the improvement and treatment of anticancer drugs. It can offer insights and critical data that cannot be discovered through humans and personalize medicines for every cancer patient. AI can control chemotherapy drug use and wait for chemotherapy drug tolerance to optimize chemotherapy regimen. AI can help doctors make accurate drug choices, decrease unnecessary surgery, and help oncologists improve patients' cancer treatment plans.
In surgeries, the robotization of procedures and cuts will be increasingly effective. In diagnostics, tests performed with AI have already shown greater effectiveness and certainty in identifying diseases.
8) AI and Labor
The consensus among many experts is that many of the professions are being progressively and definitively computerized. Insurance underwriting, production jobs, customer service, long-distance transportation, and a rather baffling class titled “Any Task That Can Be Learned.” Accountants, factory workers, truck drivers, paralegals, most lawyers, many categories of doctors, miners, radiologists, soldiers, teachers, border guards and other guards, taxi drivers and Ubers — just to name a few.
Now the good news. We inhabitants of the RLC are more than prepared for what is to come. We already live in a kind of metaverse, they just haven't given us the glasses or the implant yet, and they haven't given us the possibility to feel the touch of the skin of the one we want, her fingers sliding down our thighs and touching our wet vagina , the hot breath on the neck and the frantic tongue rolling in ours in a whirlwind, until that tightness in the clitoris turns into a scream of shared ecstasy. Oh brave world nine. I'm on!
* Previous revolutions were the agrarian revolution (about 7000 years ago), the industrial revolution (about 200 years ago)
**AI can process and index more data in far less time compared to lawyers. That means that lawyers and paralegals won't have to spend too much of their time doing repetitive work, meaning it will be needed much less than now.
