Kandinsky was not the first

If you consult an art history manual you will see that abstract art, probably the most important contribution to art after the appearance of photography was raised by Kandinsky in 1910. But really not true, a woman little known in secondary schools but enormously valued among specialists invented abstract art in 1906. Her name was HILMA AF CLINT.

She was an afterthought of her time that she knew in advance that she was not going to have any success and that she left written in her will that not if you did any exhibition of her work until 10 years after his death because no one would understand it.

It is very clear that Kadisnsky saw his paintings and if he did not see them his work presents enough coincidences to suppose it. And above all that the format of the proposed visual language presents coincidences.

he is my favorite 20th century woman painter and the forerunner of great geniuses. Way ahead of other more popular names. Her painting surprises. And she also knows how to draw, which is something that you paint too much, even great geniuses do not know how to do. I am not going to say names because today I do not have much desire for controversy, but maybe I will do it in a future issue.

I'm not going to talk about her private life nor am I going to put her photo basically because I don't give a damn how she lived. Right now I am only interested in her drawings. I prefer to occupy this space by putting some of her work. If you want to know her life, put her name on the internet.
