MARLICE'S KITTENS
Amazing footage of brave blonde showing wild cheetahs just who's the boss.
You're riding your dirt bike through the scrub in Namibia and you spot a coalition of wild cheetah lounging under an acacia tree.
Do you a) keep riding or b) saunter over for a closer look?
For Marlice Van Vuuren it's a no-brainer. She jump off her bike and show those pesky cheetahs who's the boss.
"I'm doing this to show how cowardly they are," says Marlice in the video below. "As soon as you turn your back on them, they attack ... As soon as you look them in the eyes, they're afraid of you ... If you run, you're prey. But, if you turn around, they stop."

Marlice is a true force of nature and she may well incarnate the Goddess Artemis being a role model for the Amazons.
She can confront and cow cheetahs and lions in the wild without showing any fear. For the cheetahs and lions, Marlice is just a predator who is not afraid of them and who they have learned to respect.
Marlice van Vuuren, a Namibian conservationist, dedicates her life to rescuing and protecting cheetahs and many other animals, through N/a’an ku sê, the wildlife sanctuary she founded back in 2006.
