Countless were the tears I shed when I read this book in such majesty, grandeur and dramatic power of the characters.

Whatever happened between Theseus and Antiope we never will come to know but the tragic vision that we are suggested by Steven Pressfield is passionate and in my littleness I dreamed of being Antiope, Eleuthera, Selene, Stuff and even Theseus.

Oh My God, a life lesson that only history and bygone Greeks know how to give, here recreated by Pressfield in an ingenious and passionate way. We strongly recommend you read this book.
